The hotel industry is fast developing in our century. It may be a big hotel chain or just a small but successful hotel. It is very important to keep your clients updated with all of deals and loyalty programs. There is a great way to do it: social media websites.

As we can see, the most popular way of sharing information is Twitter.
 It has its own advantages as: quick way to update clients, hashtags, retweet function; and disadvantages: only 140 signs for the tweet, people may just skip your message.


In conclusion I can say that Marriott is doing very good job interacting with their prospects and existing clients through social media.
